How to include Centrifugal Force across the entire bridge length?

Answer:

We don't have any other way to consider the centrifugal forces. But, to ease the workload we do suggest using the batch conversion option which could convert the moving load positions to static load cases in a  batch rather than doing one by one as shown below:
