How to resolve the crashing error caused by multilinear elastic link?

Answer:

The analysis was not running when the multi-linear springs have zero stiffness value due to which the anlaysis is not able to converge. Kindly update the multi-linea property such that the stiffness value is negligble but not zero as shown below:
