sigma exceed max value

SMC is uset to perform non linear material analysis, max sigma behavior is about 7MPa, but results exceed about 13Mpa why?

Stress results can exceed the max sigma behavior under biaxial or triaxial stress state. Your expectation can only be satisfied in the uniaxial stress state. For example, when a solid element is under compression with the same magnitude in all three directions, the element will never yield no matter how large pressure is applied. So, the stress results can exceed the ultimate compressive strength by big amount.
