I am unable to generate my report with midas gen.
When I click on Tools > Generator > New Document , I will get the error message (as attached).

Please try the three methods below.
- Windows Update
- Confirm that word direct execution is possible
- Gen run as administrator and confirm
If not, please please contact us with the version of MS Word installed.
