Why shear connectors are not checked after running the design?

Actually, the Fatigue 1 and 2 load combinations were not selected and hence the shear connectors weren't being checked. Kindly classify these combinations and the connectors would be checked.
I have defined parameters for all composite beams. However, after I run the design. No shear connector is checked. Please let me know if I missed any steps.
